How to Determine of 1 Ramadhan

Hilal is the new moon or crescent moon that times determined by ALLAH 12 times in one year, stated in Ayaah 10/5 and 9/36. That is what should be the basis of the calendar.

Lunar Year calendar begins with the solar eclipse that there was marked by Hilal moon in evening on the western horizon. Had the 1st of Muharram, the first month, coinciding with 21 March or 22
September in the 20th century AD, must have a full eclipse at a particular spot on the Earth's equator. It does have effect on March 21, 1901 where Umbra time or full eclipse occurs. Then 1 Muharram recorded on March 20, 1935 and dated March 19, 1969.

But the Solar eclipse on 21, 20, March 19 had been one we use as a instrument for the preparation of the Nuclear Calendar and Hijri century AD.

It should be noted that the Moon orbits around the Earth as far as 331˚ 15', during the 29 days 12 hours 44.04 minutes. It moved in one day as far as 11˚ 12'. So around 360 ˚ - 331 ˚ 15 '= 28 ˚ 45' when multiplied by 12 months of Qamariah then one year of Islamic calendar is 354 days 8 hours 48 minutes and 36 seconds or 345 degrees of the Earth around the Sun.

Maybe there are people who understand Ayaah 2/185 had a "Who's your view of the Moon ought to be fasting." This was awry with the intent of Scripture, because that is visible is the MOON in the sky, in Alquran called Qamar, while those listed in Ayaah 2/185 is SYAHRA means "month" is not visible to the eye because it is simply the name of the calendar.

So, is referred to Ayaah 2/185 is not to view of the Moon or Hilal on the western horizon in maghrib time, but knowing the lunar month of Ramadan and can be proved by calculation, imply to the public through various media, and then start fasting of Ramadan on the day of the first of that month.
